BALANCE 2.0
The program BALANCE (Windows 95/NT) calculates the intensity
balance for transitions feeding and deexciting nuclear levels.
The program requires input in ENSDF format and and creates a
table of level feeding, deexciting, and net transition intensities.
For decay datasets, an output ENSDF file with corresponding Beta or Electron
Capture records is created.
