Nuclear Astrophysics Data on the WWW

The Nuclear Astrophysics Data home page has been developed and is maintained by a group of physicists from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and University of California at Santa Cruz. This home page makes available

  1. data sets such as nuclear reaction rates, nuclear structure and decay data, etc. that are of importance in nucleosysthesis and other area of nuclear astrophysics;
  2. bibiography of references;
  3. items of interest to the nuclear astrophysics community;
  4. links to other web sites.
Please send your suggestions and comments to any member of the working group.

This project has its origin in the Symposium on Nuclear Astrophysics - A Celebration of Willy Fowler -- held at Caltech in December, 1995. In the Workshop on the Evaluation and Compilation of Nuclear Astrophysics Data held just after the symposium, the need for data compilation, evaluation, and dissemination was emphasized, and the suggestion was made to make this information available on the world-wide web.
